The goal of COBRA Administration & Health Services, Inc. is to provide outsourcing of The Consolidated Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA) and The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) administrative tasks as effectively and cost efficiently as possible. We are willing to customize our services to meet your needs. In addition to administering COBRA and HIPAA, our company also works on a consulting basis to ensure that employers are in compliance with all regulations pertaining to COBRA and HIPAA. We offer evaluations, which include review of all required notifications and review of all policies and procedures.

Communication between COBRA Administration & Health Services, Inc. and employers is a key component to ensuring that both parties comply with all Federal regulations, as they pertain to COBRA and HIPAA. In order to assist employers in communicating changes as quickly as possible they have the option of utilizing electronic transaction submissions through the Qualifying Event Notice.
